▪ Serve as Chief Commercial Officier for biotech startups to lead commercialization, operations and internal/external partnerhsips.
▪ Operating plan development- define brand identity, HCP and Consumer positioning, value proposition and market access strategy
▪ Provide biotech startups with strategic oversight in preparation for initial commercialization
▪ Lead Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and presentations
▪ Devise brand valuation, product demand, market sizing, sales force strategy and competitive analyses
▪ Develop clinical assessments for interesting MOAs and unique assets in early development for BD opportunities
▪ Lead, develop and facilitate advisory boards, panel discussions, focus groups and workshops
▪ Advise and lead research methodology, provide strategic perspective and recommendations
